Relationship Building
At Austurban Homes we value our tradespeople and believe the building of relationships with the people who actually build our homes is a most important aspect of our business.

Site Safety
Austurban Homes takes safety seriously. The following general policies are expected to be adhered to by all onsite trades.

Appropriate protective footwear to be worn at all times

Other personal protective equipment to be worn when required

All contractors and their employees must carry a current safety induction card (white card)

All trades must clean their work areas regularly leaving no trip or other hazards

All personal equipment must comply with all safety standards

All electrical leads and power tools must be checked and tagged before on-site use.
Tagging of all electrical equipment must be evident and comply with the following colour schedule;
 Red |
1 January – 31 March |
 Green |
1 April – 30 June |
 Blue |
1 July – 30 September |
 Yellow |
1 October – 31 December |
