• Design with one of our associated award winning designers. Or, if you prefer, you can supply plans from your architect or designer.
• The construction of your new home is supervised by the licensed builder, not an employee like project home builders.
• Unique owner communication system which keeps you up to date with your project.
• Co-ordination of demolition (if required)
• Interior colour/decorating consultant
• Landscape design consultant (if required)
• Assistance with locating rental accommodation during construction (if required)
• Assistance with organisation of moving house (if required)
• Single or multiple storey construction.  Austurban Homes is also experienced in basement construction for a cellar or garage.

Already Have Plans?

If you already have plans completed by a designer or architect we can provide you with a no obligation quote to your specification.

Plans from other builders may be covered by copyright and therefore would need to be accompanied by written authorisation to build the home prior to quotation.
